Ingredients

    1 pkg. Dynasty Chinese Stir-Fry seasoning Mix
    1 Tbsp lite Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp sesame oil
    3/4 lb lean, boneless chicken thinly sliced
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    3 oz. broccoli slaw
    1 medium zucchini sliced
    1 c. sweet red pepper, chopped

Directions

Combine seasoning mix with 1/3 cup water. Stir in soy sauce; set aside.
Heat oil in wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add veggies; stir-fry 2 minutes, or until veggies are tender-crisp.
Add seasoning mixture. Cook and stir 1 minute. Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
