this breakfast is very filling and has lots of fiber. I make enough for 2 days worth of servings. this breakfast is very filling and has lots of fiber. I make enough for 2 days worth of servings.

Ingredients

    2 c water
    1/2 c steel cut oats
    dash salt
    1 T. molasses
    1 T. honey
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c frozen blueberries

Directions

Makes 2 1 cup servings. Add 1/2 c steel cut oatmeal to 2 cups water. Add dash of salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; then turn heat down and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Add vanilla, cinnamon, blueberries, honey and molasses. Divide into 2 portions.

Serve 1 immediately; refrigerate the other portion for another day.
