Ingredients

3/4 c cider vinegar
1 c real mayonaise
3/4 c canola oil
1/8 c sugar
1/4 c lime juice (or use another 1/4 c vinegar)
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
Directions
Mix up dressing.
Note that the calories are just for the dressing.
You can lighten the calories with light mayo.
I like 1c of dressing over:
1 lb shredded carrots
1 lb shredded cabbage
1 cucumber, diced (peeled, if you like)
8 oz tomatoes (halved grape tomatoes are yummy)
Allow the dressing to sit on the salad at least an hour before serving. This tangy slaw goes well with BBQ.
