Ingredients

2.5 c. dry white beans or navy beans
1 TB minced fresh sage
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. ground fennel seeds
8 garlic cloves, minced
2.5 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
5 c. water
2 bay leaves
Directions
Night before, sort and wash navy beans. Cover with water to 2" above beans and let stand for 8 hours. Drain the beans.
Combine all ingredients into crock pot and cook for 8 hours on high. Later pull pork apart into chunks and serve w/ the bean mixture. Discard bay leaves.
Makes 8 servings.
