Ingredients

    1 lb ground pork sausage
    3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    12 medium eggs, lightly beaten
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Brown and crumble sausage in skillet. Drain. Place hash browns on a lightly greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Layer sausage, cheese, and chopped green pepper evenly over hash browns. Combine eggs, milk and in a large bowl and stir with a whisk or fork until blended. Pour egg mixture over green pepper layer.

Makes 12 servings

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
