Ingredients

    2-4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cooked and Diced
    2 lb Frozen Hashbrowns
    1 Pint Sour Cream
    1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 C (more or less, to your preference) Cheddar Cheese
    Minced Onion, Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook Chicken breasts and dice. Melt butter and mix with Cornflakes. This will be the topping. Mix Chicken and all other ingredients and spread into a 9*12 pan. Cover with Cornflake mixture. Bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hours.
