Introduction

Meatloaf from ground turkey and 93% ground beef with Swiss Chard Meatloaf from ground turkey and 93% ground beef with Swiss Chard
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 pound ground beef (93% lean)
    1 generous cup of chopped swiss chard
    1/2 large chopped onion
    1 cup tomatoes chopped (can be canned)
    Fresh Basil to taste
    Pepper and Salt to taste
    4 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup

Directions

Mix the ingredients (with the basil if desired) until they come together. Form loafs - can be one or multiple depending on the number of people. I make 4 out of these quantities. One of these loaves will serve 2 people - I freeze the rest.
Bake in the pre-heated oven at 350 for 1 hour. If a larger loaf is baked it will take accordingly longer - use meat thermometer, when the internal temperature reaches 170 it is done.
