2 4oz fresh salmon filets, skin removed
1 tbsp Brummel & Brown original spread, melted
Juice and grated peel of one large lemon
    2 tbsp white wine
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp minced shallot

    Dash of red pepper flakes
Fresh ground sea salt and black pepper

Directions

1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted spread, lemon juice and peel, white wine, olive oil, minced shallots, minced garlic, fresh dill, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over salmon filets in plastic bag and seal. Marinade in fridge for two hours, flipping occasionally.
