Ingredients

    2 cups of greens
    1 banana (frozen
    1/2 beet (no more)
    1 apple (frozen
    2 slices of fresh ginger
    1 cup frest fruit (your choice)(frozen
    1/2 cup unsweeten juice, ( I use apple)
    4 tbs of Agave sweetner
    1/2 cold water
    ice

Directions

Blend everything together. I put the beets and banana in first, then the greens, blend until smooth, then add everything else layered, and blend for about 5 to 10 minutes.
