Ingredients

    1 Tblsp Veg Oil
    1 lb boneless chicken breasts
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1/3 cup water

Directions

In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken; drain. Add tomatoes, onion soup mix and water. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally about 30 minutes until chicken is tender. Makes 4 servings
