Ingredients

    Garlic 3 cloves minced
    Fresh Ginger 2 tsp grated
    Sesame oil 1 tsp
    Corn Oil 2 tsp
    Beef 8 oz sliced julienne
    Frozen StirFry veggies mix, 1 package
    Lemon Juice 1/3 cup
    Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
    Rice Vinegar 1-2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil 1/4 -1/2 tsp
    Sugar 1 tbsp
    Salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    ginger spice, to taste
    garlic powder, to taste
    onion powder, to taste
    cornstarch 1-2 tbsp





Directions

1. Saute garlic and ginger with 1 tsp sesame oil and 2 tsp corn oil.
2. Add beef and cook until 80% done, add vegetables and lemon juice, soy sauce and rice vinegar and cover and simmer until the veggies are hot.
3. use spices and season to taste.
4. when finished cooking, to thicken sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and add. Stir on slow boil until sauce thickens.
When finished turn off heat and add 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sesame oil and stir into dish. if the flavor is too strong for you, leave out.
