Ingredients

    8 Cups of brown rice
    4 eggs
    1/2 C Onion
    1 Cup Broccoli
    1 tsp fresh garlic
    1 tsp Asian Chili Sauce
    1 tsp stir fry sauce
    1 TBSP lite low sodium soy sauce
    1 cup shrimp

Directions

cook rice as instructed on box
in wok, add eggs, garlic, onion, shrimp, asian chili sauce, stir fry sauce, broccoli. Cook until done, add rice, mix together and cook for another 5 minutes or so.
