Ingredients

    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    2 Tbsp margarine
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can drained tuna
    4 cups cooked pasta

Directions

Melt margarine into cornstarch and crushed garlic. Heat over medium.
Add milk, stirring constantly, bring to bubbling.
Add cheese and tuna.
Serve over pasta.
Makes 4 1-cup servings
