Introduction

Like Green Bean casserole, but with sauerkraut! Like Green Bean casserole, but with sauerkraut!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    30 Oz Sauerkraut, drained
    1 Med Onion, chopped fine
    1 Lb 93% Lean Ground beef
    1 Can Heealthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 Can HR Cream of Chicken soup
    3T water or milk
    1 bag Ore Ida Onion Tater Tots

Directions

Fry onions and ground beef together. Add soups and water. Spread a SMALL amount of beef mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Layer on the sauerkraut- top with the rest of the beef mixture and tater tots. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
