I keep all the ingredients around for this. You can make easy substitutions with most any raw veggies without significantly changing the calories or macro-nutrient mix. Ingredients

    Turkey Breast Meat
    Romaine (for crunch)
    Spinach (because it is the "perfect food"
    Spring Mix (optional)
    Grated Parmesan Cheese
    Pumpkin Seeds (or sunflower seeds)
    Spray Balsamic Dressing
    Shredded Carrots
    Any other raw veggies you like

Directions

I like to get out a big stainless steel bowl and some salad tongs to mix this all up. Spray the dressing 10 times, stir, repeat.

Transfer to a nice looking bowl and get ready for a meal. The time you saved making this instead of cooking you will make up for in chewing! Ha!
