Ingredients

    Diced Tomatoes, 2 14.5oz cans
    Whole Tomatoes, 14.5oz can
    Tomato Paste, 2 Tbsp
    Zucchini, 2 medium, sliced in 1/4" pieces
    Onion, 1 medium, chopped
    Yellow Bell Peppers 1 pepper, chopped
    Green Bell Peppers, 1/2 pepper, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
    Italian Seasoning, 2 tsp
    Salt, Pepper & Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and allow to cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
2. Serve hot over pasta or rice.
