Very good and very easy. I cook this with ready to cook frozen breasts that I make in advance. I just slice up the chicken and follow the remainder of the recipe and it is great! - 1/12/09

I would give this an incredible rating but most of my cheese stuck to the bottom of my pan. But everyone in my family gave it a thumbs up and it was SUPER easy to make. Don't be scared of the dijon mustard. :-) - 10/26/08

This was really good!!! To keep the chicken from sticking I added a little Pam with Olive Oil. That worked. - 10/1/10

Very easy, though the cheese stuck to the bottom of the pan. I added chili powder, paprika and cumin to the cheese and while in the pan, added some Mrs. Dash. Kids loved it, very quick to make. Will make this again. - 2/12/10
