Ingredients

    One frozen banana, medium size
    2 tbsp chocolate syrup
    Water (optional, only to help blend)

    The adventurous can substitute honey, caramel, or strawberry sauce for chocolate!

Directions

Peel frozen banana, and cut into 1"-2" pieces. Put into blender. Add chocolate syrup (and water if desired). Blend until smoothe and enjoy!

    Incredible!
    i didnt exactly go by the recipe but i cant believe how much this was like ice cream!!! im an ice cream freak! this is really gona help me!! i used a little skim milk just to get the blender goin, sm vanilla and cinnamon and just a little splenda. omgosh!! i dont have to miss my ice cream!!! - 6/12/12
