Introduction

Ingredients

    Combine in blender:

    1/4 cup low fat buttermilk
    1 T. lemon juice
    2 T. low fat mayo
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    small can anchovy fillets, rinsed and patted dry
    1/2 tsp. black pepper

    With motor running add:

    2 T. oil

    Remove from blender and stir in:

    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
