Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey (approx 1lb)
    1 jar tomato sauce
    1 16oz box pasta (preferably ziti)
    16 oz ricotta cheese (part skim)
    8 oz -16 oz part skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

Cook the pasta and the ground turkey. Then add them along with the sauce and ricotta cheese into a big baking pain. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes and add the mozzarella cheese in the last 5 minutes on top. Makes 8 servings.

    This is THE BEST homemade baked Ziti!! I quadrupled it for a family reunion and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved it and was none-the-wiser that they were eating healthy! Served it along side a nice salad and some crusty bread!! - 2/1/12

    Very Good
    Made a very similiar version, loved it, my little ones were none the wiser and can't wait until hubby comes home to have him try it!!!
    Differences: Fat Free Ricotta, Reduced Fat Mozz, homemade sauce, 4 tsp minced garlic
