Ingredients

    Saice
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium tomato chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 large green pepper chopped finely
    1.5 medium onions " "
    4 Tbsp. oil
    12 cooked baby carrots chopped
    3/4 cup cooked lima beans
    3/4 cup cooked peas
    3 cloves garlic
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 beef bullion cubes dissolved in 1 cup hot water
    1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce chopped very finely ( without seeds)
    salt to taste

    Sarza:
    1/2 medium onion sliced thin
    1 medium tomato chopped
    1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (as above described)





Directions

Fry meat, onion, tomatoes and green pepper in oil for about 15 min. add garlic, cumin and salt and fry briefly add bullion water and remaining ingredients (of saice) simmer on very low heat until ready to serve.
For sarza: mix all ingredients and sarze a little on top of each plate of saice to add extra flavor and spice if desired
Serve Saice over hot white rice with one small boiled potato on the side for full Bolivian experience :)
