    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup Great Value Mixed Vegetables (frozen)
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese


Stir soup, rice, veggies, and onion powder in a baking dish
Top with chicken (season as desired)
Top with cheese
Cover and bake at 375 for 80-90 ins.

White rice can be substituted for brown rice. Reduce the cooking time to 45 mins.

Makes 2 servings.

    This recipe looks good for leftover brown rice and chicken, plus I am going to use clear organic chicken broth, a fresh organic zuchini, lite swiss cheese, instead. I will leave my comments again once I have tried my new version. - 8/2/10
