Ingredients

    1 Thomas' Double Fiber Honey Wheat English Muffin
    4 frozen Shrimp (cooked)
    1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella
    1/4 cup of spinach
    1/4 cup of pizza sauce
    Your favorite Italian spices (Garlic, Oregano...)

Directions

Set oven to 375 degrees and place baking sheet inside while it heats up.
Split Muffin
Distribute sauce evenly to both sides, then add the cheese and then the spinach.
With the defrosted shrimp, rip them in half and place 2 shrimp (four halves) on each side of the muffin.
Add desired spices.
Place on heated baking sheet and cook for 8-12 minutes or until muffin is toasted and cheese has melted.

1 Muffin (2 Halves) = 1 Serving
