Ingredients

    1 Diced Roma Tomato
    1/4 Diced Avocado
    2oz Diced Fresh Mozzarella (Belgiosio with brechutto and is my favorite)
    1 tbsp Fat Free Rasberry Vinaigarette

Directions

1. dice tomato, avocado, and mozzarella
2. Toss it in a bowl
3. Add rasberry vinaigarette
4. Enjoy!
