Ingredients

    1 stick butter, softened
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups mashed bananas
    2 cups sour cream
    4 eggs
    4.5 cups flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt

    Oven temp 350 degrees

    Mix first 5 ingredients together with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Mix flour, baking powder and soda, and salt in separate bowl. Mix well, then add to wet ingredients. Use cooking spray for loaf pans. Pour evenly into 8 6" loaf pans (small). Bake for 35-38 minutes, 4 at a time on a cookie sheet.

Makes 8 6" loaves cut into 8 slices each
