Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts no skin
    marinera sauce 1/2 a cup
    parmesan cheese grated 1/2 a cup
    canola oil 3 tablespoons
    white flour 1/2 cup
    Italian bread crumbs 1 cup
    milk 1/2 cup
    1 whole egg

Directions

1. wash chicken breasts and place on parchment paper
and pound with a kitchen mallet until breasts are thin
2. on a small mixing bowl, mix milk egg and whisk with a wire whisk.
3. on one plate add 1/2 cup of white flour
4. On another plate add bread crumbs
5. Dip the chicken breasts in the egg wash
and then on the white flour, egg wash and
finally in the plate with bread crumbs.
6. place chicken breasts in a nonstick pan and
first sprinkle pan with cooking spray
7. Place the chicken breasts in the oven on about 375degrees .
8. cook on one side for about 8 minutes
9. Turn over on the other side and cook for about 7 minutes
10. Put one tablepoon of marinera sauce and top off
each breast with parmesan cheese
11. cook for about 2 minutes or untill cheese is melted.
Serve with brown rice. Makes about 4 serviings
