Just in time for Thanksgiving! Just in time for Thanksgiving!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    2/3 cup low fat or fat free plain yogurt
    1 tsp salt
    5-8 Tablespoons COLD water

Directions

mix flour and salt together.
cut in yougurt as you would shortening
mix in 1 TBSP water at a time until you have a soft dough.
Wrap in saran, refrigerate for an hour.
divide in two, roll as you would any pie crust.

    O.K.
    This crust was pretty tough. Maybe I kneaded it too much, but it was also very stretchy and shrunk. I might try it again and make it less low fat by doing half yogurt and half butter or shortening. Not as healthy as this, but pie isn't healthy anyway and if I'm gonna eat pie I want to enjoy it. - 8/13/13
