Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This crust was pretty tough. Maybe I kneaded it too much, but it was also very stretchy and shrunk. I might try it again and make it less low fat by doing half yogurt and half butter or shortening. Not as healthy as this, but pie isn't healthy anyway and if I'm gonna eat pie I want to enjoy it.
