Ingredients

    1 lbs Lean Ground Beef
    5 Pineapple Slices, canned
4 tbsp KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce
    5 slices Low Sodium Bacon
5 Dinner rolls, cut into thirds
    Spices for beef, to taste

Directions

1. Knead raw ground beef, spices of your choice (I used pepper, garlic, and onion powder) and barbecue sauce together in large mixing bowl until evenly coated. Roll beef into fourteen miniature size patties. Arrange on broiler pan.
2. Break pineapple slices into thirds, placing 1/3 of a ring on top of each patty.
3. Slice bacon strips into thirds. Fold bacon in half and place on top of patties, or wrap patties in bacon. Hold them in place using toothpicks.
4. Broil in oven for 25-30 minutes
5. Serve each patty on 1/3 of a large dinner roll.

Makes 14 servings.
