Introduction

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground turkey 85/15
1 can of ranch style beans
1/4 C Tones Taco Seasoning - ow sodium
1 -4 oz can green chilis
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1/2 cup black olives sliced (or rings)
2 C shredded iceberg lettuce
All Natural Sour Cream
1 bag of Tostitos Whole Grain Tortilla Chips
Directions
Brown and Season ground turkey in a large skillet with a lid over medium heat.
Add in the 1.5 lbs of ground turkey and the 1/4 cup of Taco Seasoning. Ground Turkey is not very fatty so You won't need to drain, but you can if you want to.
Once browned add in 1 can of Ranch Style Beans and about 1/4 cup of water. Mix well and slightly reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.
At about 15 minutes check consistency, If too saucy remove lid and continue to simmer- add in 1 4 oz can of green chilis .
Cook another 10 min with lid off to thicken.
While the meat is cooking, clean and chop vegetables. Dice tomatoes, green pepper, black olives and shred lettuce.
Arrange chips (approx 7 per serving) on plate. Add about 1/2 cup of meat mixture over chips.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese
Add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper and black olives to top. Use approx 1 tsp sour cream to garnish.
