Ingredients

    2 cups chickpeas, cooked
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 tablespoon rosemary

Directions

Spread cooked chickpeas on an ungreased baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes or until chickpeas begin to get a little crispy on the outside. While still hot, mix chickpeas with oil and spices to coat. Store in an air-tight container. Makes 8 1/4 cup servings.
