Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 6 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Olive Oil, .25 cup
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    *Bouillion Reduced Sodium Chicken flavor, 1 serving
    Celery, raw, .50 cup, diced
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    *Lawry's Seasoning, 2 tsp
    water 1/2 cup

Directions

brown chicken in cooking spray. set aside.. in pan add olive oil and flour. brown flour on low heat to the color of a shiny penny now add vegetables and cook until crisp be careful not to burn garlic, add season, Worcestershire Sauce, boullion and 1/2 cup water. let gravy simmer for 10-minutes on low heat. now add chicken and let cook for 15 minutes more. serve over rice or pasta. this is also good for fish(catfish).
