Ingredients

    1 packet McCormick Italian Herb Chicken seasoning
    4-5 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    3/4 pound baby carrots, raw
    1 large onion, roughly chopped
    2 cans diced tomatoes, with liquid (14.5 oz each)
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz)

Directions

Add chicken to crockpot. Add baby carrots and roughly chopped onion. Combine tomatoes, paste and seasonings in a bowl, pour over chicken. Cook on LOW 8 hours or HIGH 4 hours.
Remove chicken and veggies to serving platter. Stir sauce before serving over chicken.
