I LOVE a quick and easy supper recipe, and one that is so 'easy' on the calories is a bonus!!! My 5 year old (the same 5 year old that usually makes me feel like the Mom from 'Calvin and Hobbs') wolfed down his supper and left the table yelling, "Mom, you make GOOD STUFF"!!! - 9/27/11
