Phyllo Dough
Butter (unsalted)
5 eggs
Spinach (fresh, chopped)
Mushrooms (fresh, chopped)
Mozzarella Cheese
Salt/season to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Beat Eggs, mix in 1 tsp salt, mix in spinach, mushrooms and cheese and mix up more.
Layer Phyllo 2 sheets/melted butter/2 sheets melted butter about 8 thick (leave sides hanging over to fold over filling).
Pour in egg mixture then fold sides over for like a pizza dough edge... bake about 45 min or till toothpick goes in and out smoothly of egg mixture. (to add extra brownness remove from oven about 30 min in and brush an egg wash over the top and edges of the phyllo dough edge...
