Introduction

Fresh veggies... yummy Fresh veggies... yummy
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    3 Cups cooked whole grain rotini/cork skrew pasta
    2 Cups Broccoli chopped
    1 Cucumber peeled and chopped
    1 Tomato medium chopped
    1 Onion medium chopped
    2 Tbsp garlic chopped
    1 Cup spinach chopped


    Sauce

    6 Tbsp Mayo Canola (Real Mayo Brand)
    6 Tbsp Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce (optional)
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    Spices/salt/pepper (optional)

Directions

Cook/Boil pasta (run under cold water after cooked)

Chop up all the veggies

Mix pasta and veggies in large bowl

Separate bowl:

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir or put in small mixer/processor until creamy

Pour over pasta and stir

Chill in fridge or eat right away!

1 serving= 1 cup (approx)
