Introduction

Cicken breasts steaks stuffed with mexican cheese, olives and spinach Cicken breasts steaks stuffed with mexican cheese, olives and spinach
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts flatten to 1 in thickness to form steak.
    400 grams of asadero cheese (or any white cheese that melts like mozzarella or string cheese, flavor will vary accordingly)
    100 grams of green spanish olives
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place frozen spinich in glass microwave bowland defrost.

2.- chop or slice cheese, cut olives in quarters and mix with spinich, add salt and pepperto taste.

3.- divide mixture into 4 equal portions and place in center of chicken steaks, roll over corners and fasten with wooden toothpick

4.- Place steaks on greased pan cover with tin foil and Bake for aproximately 45 to 50 min. or until chicken is cooked.

NOTE: You can exchange regular cheese for low fat, low salt cheese if you wish.
