Ingredients

    12 oz whole wheat wide noodles (dry)
    3 cups non-fat cottage cheese
    2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
    4 tbsp melted unsalted butter
    6 large eggs
    0.5 cup sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    (you can add a half cup of raisins, it is traditional, but I don't like them so I didn't add them and they are not included in the nutritional information)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes
3, Drain noodles and mix with the other ingredients
4. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan (greased with nonstick spray)
5. Cook for 35-45 minutes (until the custard is set)
6. Cool for 10 minutes.
