Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    3/4 c sliced onion
    1 lb beef tri-tip sliced into thin strips
    1 T Tamari wheat-free soy sauce
    2 c red bell pepper
    8 c mixed greens
    2 T balsamic vinegar

Directions

- Add olive oil to skillet / heat on medium
- Add onion, saute until soft
- Add beef and tamari, tossing often
-Add bell peppers when beef has browned
- Serve over mixed greens tossed with balsamic vinegar
