Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Almonds, whole
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1 Tbl Nutiva Coconut Oil
    1/2 dropperful NOW liquid Stevia

Directions

Place almonds on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake at a preheated 300 for 25 minutes. Combine the almonds and remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender (my Vita-Mix does great) and process until smooth. For chunky butter, stir in ¼ cup chopped almonds. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator. Serves 4. *This can easily be quadrupled in a Vita-Mix) **Variations: Substitute Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts or macadamia nuts for the almonds. Or combine two or more of these nuts in any proportion.
