    1 1/2 C oat flour
    1/2 C wheat germ
    1/2 C dried cranberries
    1 tsp baking powder
    11/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    3/4 C packed brown sugar, used brown sugar splenda
    1/4 C canola oil
    1/4 tsp orange extract
    1/2 C fresh orange juice
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp turbinado sugar
    Cooking spray


Preheat oven to 375.

Combine flour and next 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk. Make a well in the center.

Combine brown sugar, oil, juice, extract, and eggs; stir well with a whisk. Add egg mixture to flour mixture; stir just until combined. Spoon batter into 12 muffin tins coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with turbinado sugar.

Bake at 375 for 17 minutes or until muffins spring back when touched lightly in the center.
