Quick 20 minute recipe for whiting or any fish of your choosing Quick 20 minute recipe for whiting or any fish of your choosing
Number of Servings: 8


    8 - Fillets of Whiting or fish of your choice
    1 tbsp - Olive Oil
    1 tbsp - Butter
    1/4 tbsp - Basil
    1/2 tsp - Pepper
    1 tsp - Season Salt
    2 tsp - Garlic
    1/2 tsp Old Bay


Mix olive oil, butter, basil, pepper, season salt, garlic and old bay in a bowl. Set aside.
Place whiting in broiler for 5 minutes; flip and leave in for an additional 5 minutes.
Take whiting out of broiler, but leave on broiler sheet, and baste with basil and garlic mixture.
Return to broiler for 10 minutes or until pieces flake off when tapped with a fork.
Do not over cook fish.
Makes 8 servings
