Ingredients

    1 cup organic whipping cream
    4 oz organic cream cheee
    1/4 cup xylitol
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract (no sugar)

    Opt. 1 cup organic raw cocontu flakes
    Opt. Berries

Directions

Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, ylitol, vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until mixed.
Frost cake.
Optional topping: sprinkle with coconut and berries. If making a two layer cake spread a layer of coconut and berries between layers.
