Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste (not in nutritional information)
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste (not in nutritional information)
Directions
Trim all excess fat from the chicken.
Season with salt, pepper, and pepper flakes (if you desire)
Spread half of the Dijon on one side of the chicken breast, then sprinkle half of the cheese.
Put that side down on a pan sprayed lightly with non-stick spray and repeat on the other side.
Bake at around 350 for 10-15 minutes until done all the way through.
Makes 1 chicken breast, multiply for your family. I made extra for salad for lunch tomorrow.
