Ingredients

    2 lbs. purdue ground turkey
    1 egg
    3 tbsp. grated parmesean cheese
    6 oz. tap/filtered water
1/3 c. ketchup ( I use Heinz organic for this recipe, as my son has a corn allergy)
2 or 3 tsp. worcershire sauce (depending on preference)
    1c. plain bread crumbs
1 packet of dry onion soup mix (8 tbsp)
    1 tsp. dry onion powder
2 or 3 tsp. dry garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried parsley

    For loaf topping:

    1/3 c. ketchup
    3 tbsp. original barbeque sauce
    2 tsp. worcershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix/mash together well with hand. Once the meatloaf mixture is a good consistency, start to form it into an even ball shape. Place the 'loaf ball' into a glass baking dish. Place it in the center of the baking dish and punch down on the meat until is formed into a loaf shape with a flat top. Next, take the ketchup, barbeque sauce and worcershire sauce and mix together with a spoon in a small bowl. Then take the topping mixture and spread evenly across the top of the meatloaf. Place the baking dish in the oven for 1 hour and 17min. (Ground turkey tends to take a bit longer to cook than ground beef)

Once done, let the loaf stand for a few minutes before cutting into. Serve and enjoy!!!
