Introduction
Inspired by Elie Krieger. May need to add more or less lemon juice to taste. Can use lowfat buttermilk in place of the milk and lemon juice. Inspired by Elie Krieger. Ingredients

1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup 1% milk
2 T. light mayo
1/2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine milk and lemon juice in a small bowl. Let sit for 15 min. It will become thick and taste tangy like buttermilk. Add more lemon juice if necessary.
In a separate bowl, whisk everything together, including milk mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 8 servings, 2T. each.
