Introduction

Ingredients

* Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 2 oz
* Benefiber, 1 tbsp
* Polaner Sugar Free Seedless Raspberry Preserves with Fiber, 8 tbsp
Directions
whip cream cheese to soften.
add Benefiber and mix together.
add your favorite flavor of Polaner Sugar Free Preserves w/Fiber.
I used Raspberry for the purposes of nutritional values. But Strawberry and Raspberry are very similar nutritionally. I still need to try the Orange Marmalade, but I'm sure it will be just as yummy.
Mix well.
I use alot of preserves because I'm not a big fan of cream cheese unless it's sweetened. You could probably cut the preserves in half and use a packet of Splenda to sweeten as well.
Serving size = 2 TBSP
