Ingredients

    .5 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 cup Brown Sugar
    .5 cup Egg Substitute
    3 cups Oatmeal
    1 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 cup Light Soy Milk
    4 tbsp Whole Ground Flaxseed
    4 tbsp Wheat Germ
    .25 cup Walnut pieces

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a large baking dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
