    1.5 c black beans, rinsed and drained if canned
    3/4 c fresh pineapple, diced
    1/4 c onion, diced
    1 serrano pepper, diced, ribs and seeds removed
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 tsp black pepper


Combine all ingredients, chill till ready to serve. Makes 5 1/5 c servings.
