Ingredients

    Pasta 1 bx
    olive oil 2 tbsp
    flour 2 tsp
    Sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup
    veggie or chicken stock, 1cup
    milk 1 cup
    curry powder 2 tbsp or to taste

Directions

Boil box of pasta and set aside
heat 2tbsp olive oil in pan add flour stir until light brown then add in curry powder 2tbps and 1cup milk & 1 cup stock after thickened stir in 1 cup of cheese and cooked pasta.
makes about 6 1 cup servings
